Euclide Ossé has over 15 years of international higher education experience, specializing in academic English, language skills development and student support across diverse cultural contexts. He currently serves as the Academic English and Language Skills Coordinator and Course Leader for the International Foundation Year at the HBU-UCLan School of Communication, Media and Creative Industries.
Euclide holds a BA in History Education from Siena University and an MA in Educational Administration from Lamar University. He is also pursuing his PhD in Education for Social Justice at the University of San Diego, where his doctoral research focuses on English-language policy, raciolinguistics and equity in global ELT contexts.
His teaching and leadership philosophy centers on empowerment, inclusivity and holistic language development, emphasizing approaches that consider individual student needs, learning styles and lived experiences. He believes that joy is an integral part of educational praxis and is committed to fostering supportive, student-centered environments where learners and staff can thrive.
