On 17 April, the High-Quality Development Forum on Sino-Foreign Cooperative Education which is also the 10th Anniversary Conference of Westa College of Southwest University was successfully held in Chongqing. Our Dean Lv Yi was invited to attend the conference, gathering with experts, scholars and university representatives from domestic and international education sectors to discuss the path towards high-quality development of Sino-foreign cooperative education.

With "high-quality development" as its core theme, this conference focused on the connotative construction of Sino-foreign cooperative education, deepened international educational exchanges and cooperation, supported the creation of a "Western Lighthouse" for Sino-foreign cooperative education by Westa College of Southwest University, and built consensus and gathered strength for the development of Sino-foreign cooperative education in the new era.

The conference conducted in-depth discussions on three major topics: "System, Culture, Mechanism" – Collaborative Governance and High-Quality Development of Sino-Foreign Cooperative Education; "Dual-Teacher, Dual-Language, Dual-Track" – Curriculum System Reconstruction and Outstanding Teacher Cultivation in Sino-Foreign Cooperative Education; and "Upholding Tradition, Collaboration, Achieving Long-Term Goals" – Party Building Leadership and Ideological and Political Education in Sino-Foreign Cooperative Education, jointly painting a new picture for the high-quality development of Sino-foreign cooperative education in the new era.

At the conference, Dean Lv delivered a keynote speech titled "Integrating Innovation to Construct a High-Quality Curriculum System for Sino-Foreign Cooperative Education". From multiple dimensions including our School's educational overview, development history, faculty team construction, educational characteristics and highlights, and diversified curriculum system construction, she comprehensively shared the valuable experience and significant achievements accumulated by our School in Sino-UK cooperative education practice. Her presentation demonstrated our School's exploration and commitment in the field of Sino-foreign cooperative education, receiving widespread attention and recognition from attending guests.
