On May 10-11, 2025, the High-Quality Development Forum on Sino-UK Cooperative Education in the Intelligent Era which is also the 10th Anniversary Celebration of Reading Academy were held at China Meteorological Valley. The event brought together participants to explore new pathways for Sino-UK educational collaboration and promote the high-quality internationalization of higher education. Professor Lv Yi, Dean of HBU-UCLan school of Media, Communication and Creative Industries , was invited to attend.

On the afternoon of May 11, Dean Lv delivered a keynote presentation titled "Innovative Talent Cultivation and Integration of Science and Education in Sino-UK Collaboration: The Educational Practices of HBU-UCLan School of Media, Communication and Creative Industries" at the sub-forum on Innovative Talent Development and Integration of Science and Education. From multiple dimensions—including faculty development, facility management, interdisciplinary integration of teaching and research, and institutional characteristics—she shared the college’s experiences and achievements in cultivating innovative talents and advancing the synergy between education and scientific research under the Sino-UK collaborative framework.

This exchange study, centered on the theme of "High-Quality Development in International Education," coincided with the 10th anniversary of Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology (NUIST) Reading Academy. It provided a premium platform for sharing best practices in high-quality Sino-foreign cooperative education and played an active role in strengthening the cultivation of globally competent talents. Furthermore, it significantly contributed to advancing Sino-foreign cooperative institutions toward a new phase of high-quality development in international education.
