Fu Hongyan, male, a CPC member and an associate research fellow. He currently serves as Vice Dean and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee at HBU-UCLan School of Media, Communication and Creative Industries. He holds a Master’s degree and a PhD in Management.

He took up his first post in July 2002. From January 2020 to October 2023, he served as Vice Dean of the College of International Exchange and Education, and Deputy Director of the Confucius Institute Center. From November 2023 to April 2025, he was Vice Dean of the School of Management. Since May 2025, he has held his current position as Vice Dean and the Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee at HBU-UCLan School of Media, Communication and Creative Industries.
