Qu Jiangbin, male, serves as the Party Committee Secretary of HBU-UCLan School of Media, Communication and Creative Industries. With long-term engagement in Party construction work, student management, and ideological-political education, he has presided over and participated in multiple provincial/ministerial-level research projects, published over 20 academic papers, and has been honored with various provincial and university-level awards.
