Paul Greene is Principal Lecturer and Course Leader for MA Programmes at the HBU-UCLan School of Media, Communication and Creative Industries in Baoding, China. Holding an MA in Music Composition, BA (Hons) in Contemporary Music, and a Certificate in Education (Post-Compulsory Education), he is also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). With 23 years of experience in UK higher music education, he has developed multiple degree programs and previously served as academic lead for Performing Arts at the University of Central Lancashire. His trans-national education experience includes work in Malaysia, Ireland, Lithuania, Greece and China.

In addition to his academic roles, Paul is a professional composer, producer, and performer. His work spans various musical genres, and his recorded projects have been distributed in the UK, Europe, and the United States. His career reflects a strong blend of academic leadership and creative practice in the field of music. He currently teaches the MA in Music Industry, Management and Promotion program.
