On March 13, a delegation of ten from Hengshui University, led by Party Secretary Niu Zebin andVice-ChancellorXiao Shien, visited theHBU-UCLan School of Media, Communication and Creative Industriesfor an inspection and research exchange. The delegation was accompanied by Hebei University Party Secretary Liu Bing, Deputy Party Secretary Xu Jianmin, and Standing Committee Member/Vice President Liang Wei, who also attended the research symposium.

Secretary Liu Bing extended a warm welcome to the Hengshui University delegation and provided an overview of Hebei University’s developmental progress and achievements in Sino-foreign cooperative education.

Dean Lvelaborated on the educational philosophy, faculty structure, facilities, and teaching accomplishments ofHBU-UCLan. She also provided in-depth insights into the management mechanisms, compensation distribution, academic administration, admissions processes, and tuition frameworks within the context of Sino-foreign cooperative education.

The delegation conducted an on-site inspection of theHBU-UCLan’s teaching facilities, including the model workshop, virtual studio, and live-action filming set. Representatives from Hebei University’s Office of International Cooperation, Finance Department, Human Resources Department, Academic Affairs Office, and thestaff of HBU-UCLan participated in the research exchange.
